The Aviation Medicine Portal is the official GACA platform for managing aviation medical certificates in Saudi Arabia. It allows applicants to submit medical certificate requests, doctors to evaluate them, and GACA to issue certificates.

Method 1: Using Nafath (for citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia)

1. Click "Register" and select "Via Nafath."
2. Enter your National ID or Resident ID.
3. Verify your identity through the Nafath mobile app.

Method 2: Using email and password (for foreigners living outside Saudi Arabia)

1. Click "Register" and select "As Foreign Applicant."
2. Enter your email address and create a password.
3. Fill in the required personal and identification details.
4. Submit and activate your account via the email link sent to you.

Option 1: Using username and password

1. Go to the login page.
2. Enter your registered username and password.
3. Click "Sign In."

Option 2: Using Nafath

1. Select "Login with Nafath."
2. Enter your National ID or Resident ID.
3. Confirm the login via the Nafath app on your mobile device.

Nafath is a secure authentication method for citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia. To log in, enter your National ID or Resident ID, then verify your identity through the Nafath mobile application.

After registration, you will receive an activation link via email. Click the link to activate your account. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

1. Login or Register: If you don't have an account, register first.
2. Start Request: After logging in, click "Submit Medical Certificate Request."
3. Step 1 â?? Instructions: Read all instructions carefully and click NEXT.
4. Step 2 â?? Application Information: Fill in all required fields.
5. Step 3 â?? Medical History: Complete your medical history details.
6. Step 4 â?? Other Medical Information: Provide any additional medical details.
7. Step 5 â?? Submit: Accept the disclaimer, complete the CAPTCHA, and click SUBMIT.

1. Medical Certificate Request: For initial applications.
2. Cancellation Request: To cancel a not denied or already cancelled request.
3. Appeal for Denial: If your request was denied.

After submitting your request, you will receive a tracking number. You can view your request status at any time in the "My Requests" section of your dashboard.

Go to the "Medical Certificates" page in your dashboard. Here you can see the certificate status, issue date, and click on any certificate for detailed information.

Visit the "GACA Authorized Medical Examiners (AMEs)" page in your dashboard. This page contains a list of authorized doctors, including their contact information, who can evaluate your medical certificate requests.

1. Click "Register as Aviation Physician."
2. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Fill in your login information.
4. Provide your personal, identification, and address details.
5. Enter your practice and health specialization information.
6. Upload all required documents.
7. Accept the disclaimer and submit.
8. Your request will be sent to GACA for approval.

Note: Saudi citizens/residents may use Nafath for verification.
